You trust; after 10 minutes, your back starts hurting. Here is how you can help yourself without getting angry or frustrated at your friends.
Flatten the back-rest of your seat. Turn upside down, feet in rear window, head on edge of front seat. If you have a pillow, slide it under your lower back. Relief !!!!!!!!!!...Now add deep complete breathing, counting to 6 on the inhale and 6 on the exhale. Relax, renew, restore body and mind.
..and you can smile at your friend when she comes back after 1/2 an hour.
and get a tan at the same time. All backs deserve some care.
