"What's for dinner?", you ask. Well, let's start with that.
Since dinner needs to be the lightest meal of the day unless you go dancing later. How about this...
 sea urchin? No. 
guess again. Cornflower? No.


  artichoke, yes.


Please don't let it get to this maturity if you want to eat it. Have you had grilled artichoke yet? Marinate it with olive oil, big pepper corns and chunks of sea salt and onto the grill. Don't worry about burning the outside leaves since they don't get eaten anyway, right? Dip the leaves into a mix of Greek yoghurt, oregano and a splash of tabasco. Licking one's fingers afterwards completes this sensual experience. Yummmmmm.
