If we fill our days with wholesome actions there will be no room for the negative stuff.
We all know very well what is good for our individual self, our community, for the Earth and for the whole of humanity.
Let's start with ourselves. Just like in the air plane when we are taught to put the oxygen mask first on ourselves and then on our child or neighbor.
Here we go: for the ones with eating problems; here is lunch
 a salad of lettuce, avocado, red peppers, grated carrots, beets and cucumber, sprouted almonds and sunflower seeds, and not to forget some fruits like strawberries and apple. This could be all, but if you have to, pour some cold pressed olive oil and balsamic vinegar.


The hot tub is set to 90 F, very gentle on the heart and skin. Contrary to popular belief, we don't have to parboil ourselves in 104 F water.
