back care 2

How does your back feel this morning?
Since our spine is our back bone, it's very important to be able to stand up straight.
Still in bed, stretch your arms over head and yawn.



That's my first big inhale and exhale. Push the heels out of bed so the whole spine extends. Roll out of bed and stand up straight, open the window or door, feet firmly grounded into the floor, breath 3 deep breaths, from the belly high up into the lungs. Now with the next deep inhalation, stretch the arms up above the head, breathe more, and exhaling, bring the palms together and straight to the heart. Check in, may be, say a prayer; for your dawning day, your friends and your co workers. We all need more loving kindness to receive and to give.
