caring for your body at the desk

As much fun the computer can be for the mind, it is harmful to the body to sit for longer than 2 hours at a stretch.
here are some exercises derived from yoga asanas that are helpful to keep the tight body moving while still sitting at the desk. Don't hurt yourselves; it's your responsibility to do it right.
